Ridgewood Soccer Saturday Raising Money For Cancer Charities
More than 200 players and their families will gather at Ridgewood High School to help raise money for cancer research.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Hundreds of soccer players will use the "beautiful game" to raise money for cancer research.
The annual Super Soccer Saturday will feature six games at Ridgewood High School Sept. 15.
All proceeds will be donated to two charities: Michael Feeney's Best Day Ever Inc., a Ridgewood-based nonprofit created in memory of Michael Feeney, a Ridgewood boy who died of Ewing's Sarcoma in 2013 when he was just 10, and The John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center. The cancer center was selected in honor of Jeff Yearing, the former Ridgewood High School soccer coach who is battling multiple myeloma.
