Robert L. Starkins, 75, Formerly Of Glen Rock
Visitation will be Sunday. A funeral service will be Monday.
GLEN ROCK, N.J. — Robert L. Starkins, 75, of Barnegat, formerly of Glen Rock, died Wednesday.
He was predeceased by his brother Raymond.
He is survived by his wife Joanne, children Robert and Catherine Kane and grandchildren Patrick and Logan.

Visitation will take place Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at C.C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home, Ridgewood. A funeral service will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home chapel followed by a burial at Valleau Cemetery in Ridgewood.
Donations in his memory can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital online at stjude.org.
