Rockettes Bring Early Holiday Cheer To Glen Rock Kids

GLEN ROCK, NJ – Local families got into the holiday spirit Tuesday when two Radio City Rockettes visited the Glen Rock Public Library for a festive arts and crafts session.
Before the Radio City Rockettes begin rehearsals for the 2019 Christmas Spectacular, members of the world famous dance troupe are dropping in to six tri-state areas to start spreading some early holiday cheer.
On Tuesday, two Rockettes, Megan Levinson of North Caldwell and Christine Sienicki, a Clifton native, spent the afternoon in Glen Rock decorating snow globes with children and taking pictures.

The visits to libraries across the metropolitan area are a tradition for the Rockettes and are free to the public. In recent years, dancers have gone to Millburn, Monmouth Junction, Toms River, Middletown, Bordentown, Montclair, Ridgewood and Lyndhurst.
Tickets can be purchased here for this year’s Christmas Spectacular, which will run from Nov. 8 through Jan. 5.
