Traffic Patterns Could Change Near Popular Ridgewood Businesses

The traffic patterns around Jersey Mike's Subs and Starbucks could change if the measures are approved.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — The traffic patterns near two popular village businesses could change soon.

The Village Council introduced two ordinances Wednesday that would prohibit left turns at Starbucks on and other turns at Jersey Mike's Subs.

One ordinance would prohibit left turns into and out of the driveway of Starbucks at 121 Franklin Ave.

The other ordinance would prohibit turns from North Maple Avenue into the driveway of Jersey Mike's Subs at 305 East Ridgewood Ave.

A public hearing on the ordinances will be at the Village Council's Aug. 8 meeting.
