$11 Million Budget Introduced for River Dell; Taxes Slightly Raised

Oradell’s preliminary budget has been set at $11,222,323, indicating an overall raise in taxes from last year, according to a NorthJersey.com report.

There will be a $155 tax increase for the average assessed home, contributing to an overall increase in $634.65 for residents, the report states.

The additional taxes will be used to help local schools ($77), fund municipal and library operations ($150), improve River Dell High School ($354) and support Bergen County and open space ($27) according to the report.
