Deborah and Stevan Sandberg of Woodcliff Lake are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Garrett Sandberg, to Dorothy Halsey, daughter of Elizabeth and Thomas Halsey of Dallas, Texas.Â
Garrett, an alumnus of Bergen Catholic, is a graduate of Fairfield University and also attended Boston College.Â
Dorothy is a graduate of Yale University and received her MBA from Yale School of Management.Â
