Girls Team Nabs Title to Cap off Undefeated Season
The St. Peter's girls basketball squad brought home the CYO trophy following an undefeated season
The 3rd grade girls basketball squad of River Edge/St. Peter's won the 2013 CYO title this past weekend by defeating OLM of Park Ridge, 26-11. The team, coached by Michael Cartelli and Glen Kreutzer along with assistant coaches Peter Vanderbeck and Dennis McLaughlin, finished the season with an undefeated 15-0 record.
The third grade team is comprised of: Amanda Bonilla, Apollonia Cartelli, Ella Czvekus, Emily Danahy, Sophia Firneno, Ashley Haddad, Katelyn Kreutzer, Katie Lamolino, Lara McLaughlin, Erin Miceli and Sarah Vanderbeck.
