Help Find A Match For Oradell Man Battling Cancer
Donors are needed to help find a stem cell match for Oradell resident Rob Reese.
ORADELL, NJ — The community is invited to come together Sunday to help a resident with cancer.
There will be A Let's Swab Spit stem cell registry drive for Rob Reese, an Oradell resident battling blood cancer who needs a life-saving match.
"So far, he hasn't made a match, and we are determined to find one for him," said Tracy Schoenberg, Oradell Borough Council president.

A blood drive in Reese's name will also be held Sunday, along with the stem cell drive, at the Oradell Senior Center, 11 Veterans Plaza, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Blood donors will receive free cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood type screenings. Donors need to weigh at least 110 pounds, eat a meal and drink water before donating, and bring identification.

Appointments are preferred for the blood donations, but walk-ins are welcome.
Swab donors need to be between 18 and 44 years old.
