Here Are The Median River Edge-Area School Administrator Salaries

RIVER EDGE/ORADELL, NJ —The state has released information showing how much school districts budgeted for the salaries of principals, superintendents, and administrators in 2019.

For the River Edge Public School District, the median salary is $154,869 the 15th highest in New Jersey. The 2.9 percent salary increase ranked as the 210th highest year-over-year change in New Jersey.

In Oradell, the median salary is $107,161, the 458th highest in New Jersey. The 2.3 percent decrease was the 458th highest change in New Jersey.

For the River Dell Regional High School District, the median salary is $153,765, the 17th highest in New Jersey. The 1.85 percent salary increase was the 329th highest year-over-year change.

The median statewide salary is $125,207, a 1 percent increase over 2018.

The information is part of the state Department of Education's Taxpayer's Guide to Education Spending, which shows the median salary for every New Jersey school district.

In addition to median salaries, the site also shows each district's total spending, average daily enrollment and students from sending districts, the per-pupil costs and the district's total budget spending for 2019.
