Now Entering "Joe Maugeri Crossing" as Council Set to Honor Borough Resident

After celebrating his 90th birthday and being honored by the River Edge Board of Education for his years of service to the district, Joe Maugeri will soon be honored once again. This time with permament street signs parking his crosswalk post at Cherry Hill School as "Joe Maugeri Crossing"

When not volunteering as the assistant River Dell swim coach to his alma mater, Oradell native Victor Egg can also be seen dedicating himself to his hometown as one of the borough's finest in blue. Egg, who has served with the Oradell Police Department since 1998, was promoted to the rank of sergeant this week.
