Oradell Mayor Dianne Didio Sworn In To New Term
Dianne Didio has served Oradell residents as a councilwoman and mayor for a decade.
ORADELL, NJ — Dianne Didio was sworn as mayor at the borough's reorganization meeting Tuesday.
Rep. Josh Gottheimer administered the oath of office to Didio, a Democrat.
Didio, 31, has served her Oradell as the mayor and councilwoman for more than a decade.

"Oradell is now ranked No. 1 in New Jersey for best towns, thanks to the hard work of Dianne and the Oradell Council," Gottheimer said in a statement. "It's here at the very local level that you see the government really working for people and bringing everyone together — where you put country and community before that party. Dianne is to thank for that."
Didio defeated Republican Michael Gardner in November. Democrat Miriam Yu and Republican Stephen Carnevale were also sworn in at Tuesday's meeting.
