Oradell's 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Guide, Scheduled Time

ORADELL/RIVER EDGE, NJ — July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Oradell and River Edge so you can start planning now.

Here's what's in store this July 4th in Oradell and River Edge:

Oradell July 4th Festivities

What: Fireworks with food trucks and live music
Where: Memorial Field
When: July 3, 7:30 p.m., rain date is July 6

River Edge July 4th Festivities

What: Music in the Park by Fabulous Greaseband. Sanducci's will have pizza and Uncle Louie's will have Italian ice and ice cream
Where: Memorial Park pavilion
When: July 3, 6:30 p.m.

What: Parade
Where: Line up begins on Bogert Road in front of Cherry Hill School
When: July 4 at 11 a.m.

What: Family Fair
Where: Memorial Park
When: July 4 from noon to 4 p.m.

Here's what's in store in Paramus this Independence Day and that week:

July 2

Community Orchestra, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Raymond R. Wells Paramus Rotary Band Shell. The theme is Summer of 1969: Celebrating 50 Years of Music. The rain date is July 11.

July 4

Independence Day Parade, 9 a.m. to noon. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at the intersection of Century Road and Fairview Avenue. The parade will head north on Fairview Avenue and end at Memorial Elementary School. National wrestling champions Nick Suriano is the parade's grand marshal and will cut the ribbon.

July 6

The fourth annual Frank "Dutch" Cleenput softball game, 8:15 to 10:15 p.m. at the Cliff Gennarelli Sports-Plex. Paramus' firefighters and police officers will face off.

July 7

The annual fireworks show is Sunday from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Cliff Gennarelli Sports-Plex. There will be live entertainment by the Jumping Dragons, Raphael Valentino from iHeartRadio, and the Paramus Community Orchestra. Food trucks will be there selling food and beverages.

When: July 4, they will start between 9 and 9:15 p.m.
