River Edge Jewish Students To Try For World Record Friday

The 1,400 students from Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey will try to break the current record of 965 dreidels spinning at once.

RIVER EDGE, NJ — Local students will attempt to set a world record Friday for the most dreidels spinning at one time.

About 1,400 students at Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey will make the attempt in the school's gymnasium.

The attempt is being done in honor of the first night of Hanukkah on Dec. 2.

Newark-based Manischewitz Company, the largest marketer of Kosher foods in North America, teamed up with the school for the attempt.
