St. Joseph's Luke Wypler Will Play In All-American Game

Luke Wypler, who committed to playing at Ohio State, will be honored at a special ceremony at St. Joseph's Regional High School.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Luke Wypler will be honored Oct. 11 at St. Joseph Regional High School for being named to the All-American Bowl.

Wypler, a four-star recruit and senior, will be presented his All-American jersey at a ceremony at St. Joseph at 2 p.m. Oct. 11 during a pep rally. Wypler's classmates, teammates, family, and friends will attend the ceremony.

Wypler, who can play any position on the offensive line, committed in June 2018 to playing for Ohio State University. The Montvale native is ranked 29th on ESPN's Top 300 list of high school players in the country.

Wypler is one of the toughest players in the state "who has played through injuries other players wouldn't dare, NJ.com reported.

Wypler and his St. Joseph teammates will be featured on Facebook live when they face off against Bergen Catholic High School Oct. 12 as part of The Great American Rivalry Series.
