Rumson Mansion Being Auctioned Off Online
The 7-bedroom, 13,000-square-foot property on the banks of the Shrewsbury River is currently listed at $10.9 million.
RUMSON, NJ — A mansion located on the banks of the Shrewsbury River will go to the highest bidder.
The 7-bedroom, 13,000-square-foot waterfront property at 31 Ward Ave. will be auctioned off online through Concierge Auctions, a largest luxury real estate auction marketplace in the world, in cooperation with Pat Guadagno of Burke and Manna.
The property, currentlty listed for $10.9 million, will sell no reserve through conciergeauctions.com. No reserve means there is no set or expected opening bid. Buyers will be able to bid online from anywhere in the world through July 22 through July 27.

In addition to its waterfront location, the property at 31 Ward Ave. has unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Shrewsbury River, and on clear days the New York City skyline. It also features over 200 feet of 12-foot-deep dockage, and two additional slips for boats up to 70 feet and 80 feet in length.
