UNION COUNTY, NJ — Wondering what's selling in the local real estate market? Here's a look at the five most-recent real estate sales in Union County as of Nov. 23, according to realtor.com.

A home at 897 Westfield Rd. in Scotch Plains was sold for $490,000 on Nov. 1, which had 1,573 square-feet, sat on .39 acres of land and had one car garage.

A home at 8 Harold Ave. in Clark was sold for $369,000 on Nov. 7, which sat on a 6,900 square-foot lot.

A home at 103 Helen St. in Fanwood was sold for $487,500 on ct. 30, which had 1,559 square-feet and sat on a 5,702 square-foot lot.

A home at 107 Troy Dr. Apt. C. in Springfield was sold for $199,200 on Nov. 1, which had 738 square-feet.

A home at 40 Crest Rd. in New Providence was sold for $430,000 on Nov. 7, which had 2,034 square-feet and sits on .29 acres of land.
