6 Union County Companies Among Best Places To Work In NJ In 2020

UNION COUNTY, NJ — You may hear about employers who are leaving New Jersey. But there are plenty of good places to work, and they could be hiring.

NJBIZ recently published what it considers the best places to work in New Jersey. Six companies in Union County made the list.

Union County companies that made the list:

• Clarity Benefit Solutions in Clark, an Insurance – Non-Health care company
• PKF O’Connor Davies LLP in Cranford, an Accounting company
• Turtle & Hughes Inc. in Linden, a Distribution company
• NJ Sharing Network in New Providence, a Nonprofit – Health & Human Services company
• Titan Engineers PC in Union, an Engineering company
• Hillmann Consulting LLC in Union, an Environmental Consulting, Risk Management/Loss Control, Construction Services, and Construction Risk Management company

The publication typically surveys hundreds of employees who cited several factors that prospective employees may find attractive, such as:

• Dedication to their employees' professional growth and quality of life.
• Concern for their workers' well-being
• Available benefits and policies.
