Jewelry Club Returns to Scotch Plains Public Library

On Monday, October 28 at 10:00 AM, artists of all skill levels are invited to join local artist Perthea Brown to complete a crystal bead bracelet project. Participants can also bring their own projects to work on alongside this ever-popular group. Registration is required.
