Scotch Plains Library’s Cookbook Club to Meet Outside in July

After a year of meeting virtually, the Scotch Plains Public Library’s Cookbook Club will gather again in-person on Thursday, July 15 at 7 pm to discuss Husbands that Cook: More than 120 Irresistible Vegetarian Recipes and Tales from Our Tiny Kitchen by Ryan Alvarez and Adam Merrin. Stop in the library to select a recipe from the cookbook and register at the Adult Services Desk. Prepare the dish for the meeting and share your experience with other members.
