Burlington Stores Now Open At Secaucus Retail Center

National off-price retailer Burlington Stores, Inc. is now open at Mill Creek at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus.

SECAUCUS, NJ — National off-price retailer Burlington Stores, Inc. is now open at Mill Creek at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, according to Levin Management Corporation. The 306,000-square-foot power center is part of the 200-acre mixed-use Harmon Meadow development.

Burlington occupies the big box retail space that sporting goods chain, Sports Authority, once occupied, the management company said in a news release. In 2016, Sports Authority, once the nation's largest sporting goods retailer, began closing its remaining stores nationwide following bankruptcy, according to CNN.

“Even before the pandemic, off-price brands were positioned among the strongest sub-sectors in retailing. Now, many consumers have become even more cost-conscious,” said LMC Vice President of Leasing Sidney Singer. “Burlington is a quality addition to Mill Creek’s tenant lineup, which also includes Kohl’s, T.J.Maxx, and Bob’s Discount Furniture.”
