Full Schedule Of Holiday Events Dec. 2 In Secaucus

SECAUCUS, NJ — The holiday season officially kicks off this Saturday, Dec. 2 in Secaucus! Here's all the info. on the holiday/Christmas events Saturday:

Saturday, Dec. 2 in Secaucus:

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Holiday Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Secaucus Rec Center at 1200 Koelle Blvd. Stop by for Christmas shopping with lots of unique vendors there selling homemade, local crafts and gifts. There will also be a tricky tray, bouncy castle and face painting, as well as pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus! There will also be food for sale.

7 p.m. Parade: After that, a holiday parade kicks off at 7 p.m. This parade will feature Santa. The parade leaves from Huber Street, down Paterson Plank and walks to the center of town.

8 p.m. Tree lighting: The parade culminates in the annual Christmas tree lighting at 8 p.m. at Plaza Center. There will be carriage rides, a performance from the school chorus and refreshments. All are welcome!

8 p.m. onwards Free open skate: There will be free open ice skating at the town rink Saturday night, Dec. 2 following the town tree lighting.

Sunday, Dec. 3:

9 a.m. - 11:30.: Unico Pancakes with Santa at the Secaucus Senior Center. 101 Centre Avenue Take your own photos with the kids of Santa and Mrs. Claus Adults $8, seniors $5, children 12 and under $4
