Man Had Cocaine, Heroin In Buchmuller Park, Secaucus Police Say
Police say he dropped a small amount of cocaine in the Buchmuller Park bathrooms, where police said it could have been picked up by a child.

SECAUCUS, NJ — A man was arrested in Buchmuller Park Sunday afternoon after police said they found him with heroin and cocaine, and police say he dropped a small quantity of suspected cocaine in the Buchmuller Park bathroom.
At 4:35 p.m. Sunday, Secaucus Police were called to Buchmuller on a report of a suspicious individual.
Gabriel Gonzalez, 47, was found in the park with heroin and cocaine on him, said police. He also failed to turn the drugs over to police, and tried to hide or drop the drugs in the public bathrooms, said police.

"There is probable cause to believe Gonzalez dropped a small quantity of suspected cocaine in the bathroom at Buchmuller Park that could have been picked up and injected by a child," said Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller.
He was also charged with child endangerment. Additionally, Gonzalez was wanted out a warrant arrest out of Newark.

He was taken to the Hudson County Jail.
