Nominate A Local Secaucus Coronavirus Hero
We all know someone making a difference in this difficult time. Let's give them the recognition they deserve.
SECAUCUS, NJ — Not all heroes wear capes, right?
That's an old adage that's more apparent now than ever before. Countless people — the usual suspects like doctors, nurses, police officers and grocery store workers — are putting themselves in danger just by showing up to work right now.
But then there are the heroes you might not expect, like these Hillsborough siblings feeding the front lines of the crisis. Or this Belmar pizzeria owner who went the extra mile to help his employees. Or this East Brunswick 13-year-old girl hand sewing 120 masks.
