Quik Drugs Pharmacy Opens On Meadowlands Parkway In Secaucus

The owners say they want to be a community pharmacy and store, pointing out they are within walking distance for many in Secaucus.

SECAUCUS, NJ — If you're looking to support a small business at this time — or perhaps don't want to deal with the parking situation at the CVS parking lot — consider the new pharmacy that just opened up earlier this year in Secaucus.

Quik Drugs Pharmacy is located right next to the Krauszer's on Meadowlands Parkway. They take all insurances, do free deliveries to anyone in Secaucus and will also match all prices on Good Rx.

The store is operated by Parul Patel, a licensed pharmacist who worked for 20 years for Walgreens and CVS pharmacies in New York and New Jersey. She and her husband decided to open a small community pharmacy, especially to target the areas of Harmon Cove, Osprey Court and Riverside, all of which are in walking distance to the pharmacy.

Quik Drugs opened March 11, right when the pandemic broke out, and the owners admitted it's been difficult starting a new business at this time. But they said they want to serve the Secaucus community and be known as a place to get all your healthy, essential supplies — all within walking distance of many homes, apartments and condos!

"We have free delivery to anyone in a 15-mile radius," said Patel. "And you will never have to fight for a parking spot. If you don't want to wait in line at chain pharmacies, come here."

Their number is (201) 330-0063.
