Rise & Grow Indoor Playground Opens In Secaucus

SECAUCUS, NJ — Winter's here and it's time to look for new ways to keep kids entertained indoors. Fortunately, Rise & Grow indoor playground has officially opened its doors in Secaucus.

The new indoor playground is located in the warehouse section of town, at 25 Enterprise Avenue North, in the space that used to be the Kenneth Cole outlet store, now closed.

Rise & Grow is owned by Levent Alkaya and his wife, Julie Alkaya, pictured above at the ribbon cutting with Secaucus Mayor Mike Gonnelli and other town officials.

"We chose to open in Secaucus because of its small-town, neighborhood charm and especially the growing number of young families in town that need a place for children to enjoy, especially during the winter months," said Julie Alkaya.

Rise & Grow is a 10,000-square-foot facility intended for children from the ages of one to 12 years old. Similar to other indoor playgrounds, Rise & Grow features various soft play structures; inflatable slides and a toddler area. But Rise & Grow's main attraction is their massive trampoline area. They also have a rock climbing wall for older kids.

You can visit Rise & Grow by the day; it is not just for birthday parties. It is $15 per child to enter. They can stay the entire day and even leave the facility and come back on the same day. Adults are free who are supervising children ages 1 - 12.

However, they do have a party room and do birthday parties ranging from 12 to up to 20 kids.
