Secaucus Hospital Holds 2nd Annual Summer Festival Aug. 18

Bring kids for the petting zoo, face painting, carnival games, a giant slide and water activities. 11 - 3 p.m. Aug. 18 in the parking lot.

SECAUCUS, NJ — All are welcome to attend Hudson Regional Hospital’s Summer Fun Festival, held for the second year in a row since the hospital was taken over by new ownership two years ago.

The carnival/festival will be Sunday, Aug. 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with free activities for kids including carnival games, a giant slide, water activities, a petting zoo, face painting and free ice pops.

It will again be held in the hospital parking lot along the banks of the Hackensack River, at 55 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus. There will also be free fitness classes, blood pressure, glucose, diabetes and cholesterol screenings, as well as massages and physical therapy.

Festival admittance will also include access to food trucks and a pet adoption (fees for these items determined by vendors).

This is the second summer in a row the Secaucus hospital has hosted the carnival, since it was purchased by new owner Yan Moshe in early 2018, and renamed Hudson Regional.
