Adjustment to and revision of User & Connection Fees, 2020 Fee Schedule
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing regarding adjustment to and revision of User and Connection Fees for 2020 will be held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Secaucus Municipal Utilities Authority on January 07, 2020.

The proposed fee schedule for User and Connection Fees is $7,865/ERU (Equivalent Residential Unit), and $2.44/100 cubic feet of water consumption, respectively. The Time and location are as follows: 6:00 P.M., Secaucus Municipal Utilities Authority, Conference Room, 1100 Koelle Boulevard, Secaucus, New Jersey.
At that time, or as soon thereafter as said matter can be reached, and placed, all persons who may be interested in the aforesaid will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning the same.
