Secaucus Police Blotter, June 21 - June 27
Police say a Lodi man broke into a car parked on Third Street on June 11.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police and unedited by Patch, all of last week's arrests:
At 6:26 p.m. on June 21, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division in reference to a burglary and theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on 3rd Street on June 8, Secaucus Police responded to Lodi, NJ and took into custody a 27-year-old male, Isaiah Ortiz-Hayre of Garfield, NJ for Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(1)], Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A]. Ortiz-Hayre was further charged with Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(1)], Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A] in relation to a theft and burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred on 3rd Street on June 11. Ortiz-Hayre was served two complaint warrants in regards to both incidents and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
At 1:02 a.m. on June 24, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male, Bryan Villalta-Rojas of Union City, NJ for three outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000. Villalta-Rojas was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

At 2:45 a.m. on June 25, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 50-year-old male, Andre Vega of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Vega was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional six motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 4:03 p.m. on June 27, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Troy Frye of Jersey City, NJ for one outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $500 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $500. Frye was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued five motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
