This meeting will be held in-person at the SHS Performing Arts Center on May 6, 2021.The public may attend and participate in-person or via Zoom.The board meeting will also be available to watch live via YouTube.Please read on for details.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF SECAUCUS BOARD OF EDUCATION

In accordance with the annual meeting notice published by the Secaucus Board of Education, the regular public meetings are held in the Performing Arts Center of Secaucus High School, located at 11 Millridge Road, Secaucus, New Jersey.

The public meeting Thursday, May 6, 2021, starting at 7:00 PM, will be in-person. Members of the public are invited to attend.

Members of the public can also participate in the meeting remotely via Zoom. The meeting link with instructions for participating during the public comments sections is set forth below.

Attend in Person:

Due to CDC guidelines, members of the public that wish to attend in person, must register at https://forms.gle/P3f6x1AcCUtvVkAVA by Noon, Thursday May 6, 2021. All attendees will be subject to temperature checks and must complete a health screening form.

Attendees who join the Zoom meeting will be able to:

• Listen to and view the public Board meeting on a computer, tablet or smartphone -OR-Listen to the public Board meeting on a phone.
• Comment. The Board will open the meeting twice to the public. If you wish to make a comment, you may virtually “raise your hand” by accessing that feature on the Zoom screen or by pressing *9 on a phone. The moderator will acknowledge your request and grant you permission to unmute your microphone at an appropriate time. Each participant will be limited to three minutes. Guidance regarding public participation at the Board meeting can be found under Policy 0167, which can be accessed on the District’s website.
