Make Paper Flowers for Mom at the Secaucus Michael's: 10 a.m. - noon Ages 3 and up. $3 per child. They craft, you shop! Kids 3 and up can enjoy creating a paper flower for mom. Seasonal Scavenger Hunt at the Tenafly Nature Center: 2 p.m. Families will receive a set of clues to solve nature riddles along Nature Center trails. Each family will need to work as a team as they hike along the trails to complete the hunt Program is intended for adults and families with children 4 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Lake Hopatcong Block Party 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.: Kick off the summer season and celebrates all facets of Lake Hopatcong life! Enjoy live demonstrations, raffles, giveaways, boat and trackless-train rides and a children’s scavenger hunt and activity area. There will be 200 vendors selling crafts and food. The food court includes barbecue, pickles, lobster rolls, empanadas, maple candies, playa bowls, Polish food, funnel cakes, spudwiches, kettle corn, shaved ice and gourmet grilled cheese.
