Voice Your NJ Transit Issues This Thursday At Hoboken Terminal

Voice your issues with NJ Transit senior management at the "We Are Listening" forum: Hoboken Terminal this Thursday, Oct. 11 4:30-6:30 p.m.

SECAUCUS, NJ — NJ Transit is inviting customers to interact with senior management and operations personnel at the latest “We Are Listening” forum at Hoboken Terminal this Thursday, October 11 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

NJ Transit conducts the forums to give customers the opportunity to speak directly to NJ Transit's Executive Director, general managers of operations and senior level staff. Customers are encouraged to stop by with any questions they may have and to offer any feedback about their commuting experiences.

Customer feedback gathered through the forums, as well as through customer surveys, is an important part of NJ Transit's “Scorecard” initiative to provide the public with a clear measurement of how the corporation is performing. The feedback is used to target specific improvements in order to boost customer satisfaction.
