Proposed Town Budget Poses 1.7% Tax Hike

The South Orange Board of Trustees (BOT) will introduce the township's 2013 operating budget at a meeting on Monday at Village Hall at 8 p.m.

The proposed budget totals roughly $32.7 million, representing a 1.7 percent tax increase (or $74.50 increase on the average home).
