Cops: Teen Steals Phone from 12-Year-Old in Library
Teenage boy allegedly took phone from child Saturday morning.

A teenage boy allegedly stole a cell phone from a 12-year-old South Orange boy at the South Orange Public Library, according to Police Capt. Kyle Kroll.
The 12-year-old was at the library on Saturday morning at about 11:30 a.m. when the teen asked to use his phone and then ran away with it, Kroll said.
The teenager is described as black, approximately 16 years old, 6-foot-2 and wearing a red T-shirt, black shorts and purple and yellow sneakers, said Kroll, who said a staff member saw the teen before the incident and was able to assist with a description.Â
