By 9:30 a.m., members of the Parking Authority welcomed the first arrivals at the annual Bike Rodeo. Participants demonstrate their ability to follow the rules of the road on a bike and win a prize at the end of the course.

Bikes were decorated in red, white and blue in preparation for the parade at 11:00 a.m. A ceremony followed. Then action at the pool was the order of the very warm day.
