Authorities confirmed that Frank Bradley, who struck James Walsh as he was crossing South Orange Ave. on Feb. 9, 2009, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 13 years in prison. Bradley was charged with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide. The sentence was handed down by Superior Court Judge Harold Fullilove on Friday.
