South Orange - Maplewood schools may have days "leftover"
With snow behind us -- fingers crossed! -- students are asking if there are any emergency closing days left over.
The short answer is yes, it depends. Â After Superstorm Sandy, the district calendar was amended. Â

If any school is closed for inclement weather or other emergency for more than the allotted days, the first make-up day will be during Spring Recess beginning with April 8, 2013, working forward to April 12, 2013 as needed, or at the end of the school year if emergency closings occur after April 12, 2013.Â
