National Night Out, Library Events Launch August

Floods Hill will host law enforcement officers, demonstrations and family activities Tuesday night.

Plan ahead for National Night Out on Tuesday. Floods Hill will host law enforcement officers, demonstrations, and kid activities galore.  The action kicks off at 6 p.m. and continues after dark when the movie Despicable Me will be shown. All events are open to the public and free.

The South Orange Public Library is deep into summer reading season, with events nearly every day. Monday night events include dancing, theater and art demonstrations.

Speaking of summer reading, students may want to get busy on summer assignments. The math and English assignments are here.
