Robert Mitchell, basketball player at SHU, will be arraigned on July 23
A 29-count indictment was returned on June 23, charging Robert Mitchell and accomplice, Kelly Whitney, with kidnapping, aggravated assault, burglary, robbery and weapons offenses. Arraignment is set for July 23
