Elizabeth Man Accused of South Orange Burglaries

An Elizabeth man has been linked to three South Orange apartment burglaries, police said.

Raymond Rouland, 48, was charged last Tuesday with burglarizing apartments on Milligan Place, Cottage Street and Vose Avenue, police said. Detectives charged Rouland after discovering he was in possession of some of the stolen property from the burglaries, police said. Rouland is currently in custody at the Bergen County jail, police said.
