SOPD Arrest Man Who Stole and Tried to Return Textbooks
Man charged with stealing books from Seton Hall
Frank Perez, 21, of Belleville was arrested on June 27 at 11:50 a.m. for stealing and then trying to return textbooks.
Perez is charged with shoplifting seven books from the Seton Hall University book store, which he tried to return for cash.
Perez was taken into custody without incident.
