South Mountain YMCA Announces Changes to School Age Child Care Team

There are two new faces to welcome and one about to depart at South Mountain YMCA’s School Age Child Care department.

The YMCA said Tuesday in a newsletter that Tommy Donaldson and Darren Paquette have joined the team as Kim Winslow prepares to exit.

Donaldson has been volunteering with the YMCA since 1994 and officially joined the Y as a freshman at Montclair State University. He graduated with a B.S. in mathematics and computer science before being hired full-time as the enrichment director of the School Age Child Care department. He is back now as assistant director.

Paquette started as the primary contact for SACC registration at the Welcome Center before migrating to the SACC.

Winslow is leaving to become the program director for the SACC at the East Orange YMCA starting Nov. 1. She’s worked for SACC programs and SOMapy Day Camp for seven years.
