South Orange Business Offers Tarot Card Readings And Friendship

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — For a new South Orange business, tarot card readings are not about giving people a quick piece of advice, they are about getting to know someone.

The manager of a new astrology and tarot card reading boutique on Valley Street wants people to know she personally invests in her clients. The business had a grand opening Sept. 27.

"I want my clients to know that when they come in here, they are not coming into a business. They are coming to a place where they have a shoulder to lead on," said manager, Ruth Nicklas.

The business offers four different kinds of services: Tarot card readings, psychic readings, full-life, and clairvoyant. Prices vary depending on the reading offered. There is a private area where readings are conducted and all information is confidential.

"The most important thing is my clients' well-being," Nicklas said. "I want them to feel when they are here that they're comfortable are speaking with someone who is caring and non-judgemental. I want to be a part of their journey."

The boutique is located at 339 Valley St. It is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and by appointment only on Sundays. For more information call 973-580-3791.
