South Orange Photographer Joins ‘10,000 Headshots’ Campaign

Nearly 200 photographers across the nation will offer free photos to job hunters who lost their employment due to the coronavirus.

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — A South Orange-based photographer will be offering complimentary professional headshots to job hunters who lost their employment due to the coronavirus crisis.

Working as part of the “10,000 Headshots” campaign, Lee Seidenberg will be one of nearly 200 photographers across the nation trying to give their unemployed neighbors a leg up when seeking their next job. Together, the shutterbugs hope to provide 10,000 free photos for people to use on their resumes or professional websites such as LinkedIn.

Seidenberg will be offering complimentary headshots on Wednesday, July 22 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Brookfield Property at 700 Paramus Park in Paramus. The event is open to anyone currently unemployed, but participants are asked to visit HeadshotBooker.com for details and to schedule a time to be photographed.

“Our community was hit hard by COVID-19 and many people lost their jobs,” said Seidenberg, who lives in South Orange with his wife and two sons.

“I heard about what Headshot Booker and Brookfield Properties were doing across the country and wanted to be a part of it,” Seidenberg said. “I’m excited and grateful to be able to contribute to such a great initiative.”
