South Orange Residence Egged

A Ward Place resident told South Orange police on Tuesday night garbage was strewn on his yard, the house was targeted by eggs and someone left a "For Sale" sign on the yard. 

While there was no damage to the house, the criminal mischief took place while the resident was home, between 11:30 p.m. and midnight.

"This is unusual for summer," said neighbor Katy Connolly. "I associate this behavior, especially the eggs with Mischief Night and Halloween."
