South Orange Flu Shot Clinic is Wednesday

Health Officer John Festa announced that the South Orange Department of Health will offer Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations for residents 18 years old and older on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Baird Center. Please note that this clinic is limited to South Orange residents.

Residents with Medicare Part B cards must bring their cards to the clinic in lieu of payment. Residents without Medicare Part B cards will be charged $20.

Women who are pregnant and/or nursing must bring a note from their physician in order to receive the vaccination.
