Students Cheer, Parents Tear at Jefferson Clap-Out

The tradition sees the fifth graders waved out by the school

With smiles for the camera, hugs for the teachers, and a backward glance, Jefferson School's fifth graders said farewell to elementary school. Likewise, the student body, teachers, staff, and parents wished the "Class of 2012" well by gathering in front of the building to "clap out" the kids.
