Just two months young, Yama Sushi has found a niche in town with those who love sushi, sushi combos, and Japanese curry. The small storefront restaurant just across from Rite-Aid on South Orange Avenue offers a sushi bar and all the Japanese and Korean standards a diner seeks. The menu includes various Sushi Rolls, Bulgogi, Chicken Teriyaki and Shrimp Tempura.
While the restaurant does a brisk takeout business, it's also a BYOB restaurant that seats about two dozen diners at a time. When this Patch editor visited recently to see and sample, the Eel Combo ($10.99), the Double Spicy Tuna ($9.99) and the Tuna & Salmon Combo ($10.99) were going fast.
