4 Springfield Teachers Who Made $99K Or More In 2019

The Department of Education released its annual list of teachers and their salaries for 2019. See where local teachers ranked.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Teachers' salaries are continuing to rise with many in New Jersey making six-figure salaries, according to a recently released annual list by the Department of Education for 2019. In the Springfield School District there were four teachers listed who make more than $99,000 annually.

In 2018-2019, the median salary for teachers totaled $68,985, according to a Patch analysis of salary data for public school districts and charter schools. The increase was about 1.6 percent higher than the previous year.

Here are the four teachers who earn the top salaries, with their school, and, salaries (the teachers have been divided by their years of experience):

30 to 39 years of experience:
