Schools, nearby daycare notified of bear spotted in the Union area.
Union, NJ -- A bear was spotted in Union on Wednesday, police reported.
The bear was seen in the area of Grandview Avenue and Floyd and fled into the woods, Union Police said.
All schools, including a nearby daycare were notified.

"Keep all garbage cans covered," police posted on Facebook.
