Fox Spotted at Springfield Elementary School
Breaking: Another fox was spotted on the school grounds of a Springfield Elementary School on Thursday.
SPRINGFIELD, NJ — Another fox was spotted on the school grounds of a Springfield Elementary School on Thursday, school officials announced.
The fox was reported at the start of the school day at Thelma L. Sandmeier Elementary School in Springfield.
"To rule out any safety concerns, the Springfield Police Department was notified to scan our school grounds and will be on hand at dismissal as a precaution. Students will have indoor recess today." Principal Michael C. Plias said to parents in an email.
